Account Deletion Policy

At Partner Library, we respect your privacy. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data from our Android and Web platforms, please follow the instructions below.

📱 How to Delete via Android App

You can initiate the deletion request directly from your mobile device:

Open the Partner app on your Android phone.
Go to Settings > Account.
Tap on Delete Account at the bottom.
Verify your identity using the OTP sent to your registered email.
Select a reason (optional) and confirm the request.

🌐 How to Delete via Web App

If you are using our web platform, follow these steps:

Login to your dashboard at partnerlibrary.in.
Click on Settings in the sidebar.
Find the Danger Zone section and click Delete Account.
Complete the OTP verification and submit your request.

📧 Request via Email (Manual)

If you cannot access your account, you can send an email to our support team:

support@partnerlibrary.in

Please use the following template:

Subject: Urgent: Permanent Account Deletion Request

Body: I want to delete my account. My Registered Email is [Your Email] and Business ID is [Your ID].

⏳ Deletion Timeline & Process

Once a deletion request is submitted (via App or Email), your account will enter a 30-day pending period. During this time, your data remains in our system but is scheduled for permanent removal. After 30 days, all data will be wiped forever from our servers.

🚫 What Happens After Deletion?

Cross-Platform Removal: Your account will be deleted from both Android & Web.
Data Loss: All member records, desk assignments, attendance history, and payment logs will be destroyed.
No Recovery: This action is PERMANENT. Data cannot be recovered after the 30-day grace period.

🛑 Cancellation Terms

You can ONLY cancel your deletion request if it is currently in Pending status.

Pending Status (Within 30 Days): To stop the process, contact us immediately at support@partnerlibrary.in
Post-30 Days: Once the 30-day period expires, the request is completed, and your data is non-recoverable.
