PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Partner: Library Management governing your access to and use of the app, website, APIs and related services.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately.
1. Description of the Partner Service
Partner is a cloud-based SaaS platform for libraries, study centres, coaching institutes, tuition classes, coworking spaces and similar organizations to manage:
- Member / student / visitor registration and records
- Seat / desk / cabin allocation
- QR/manual attendance tracking
- Fee reminders & reporting
- Staff permissions
- Offline mode with sync
- Public directory listing (optional)
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
- You are at least 18 years old or have guardian consent
- You have legal capacity to accept these Terms
- Registration info is true and updated
- You are not prohibited by law
- You represent a legitimate organization (if applicable)
3. Account Security and User Responsibilities
- Keep login credentials confidential
- No sharing or selling accounts
- Use one main admin account (extra staff as per plan)
- Report unauthorized access immediately
- You manage Passcode / Biometric device security
- Biometric templates are not stored by us
Definition: Administrators means authorized users designated to manage members, billing and settings.
4. Subscription Plans, Billing & Payments
- Most features require paid subscription
- Plans may be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly
- Fees are non-refundable except where stated
- Pricing may change with notice
- Taxes may apply
- Non-payment may downgrade or suspend account
- Payments handled by third-party gateways
- Google Play purchases follow Google Play policies
5. Member/Student Fee Calculation Logic
Partner does NOT collect member fees. The app only assists in calculating and displaying fees based on your configured rules.
- Default billing is date-to-date monthly cycle
- Joining date becomes billing date
- Cycle runs joining date to previous day next month
- Late joins may still count as full cycle unless adjusted
- Month-end dates auto adjust
- Leap years handled automatically
- Admins may apply discounts or overrides
You are solely responsible for fee disputes, verification, compliance and business rules.
6. Cancellation, Suspension & Refund Policy
- Cancel anytime from account settings
- Effective at end of paid period
- No refunds for unused partial periods unless required by law
- We may suspend for violations
- Refund Policy provides more details
- Google Play cancellations handled in Google Play account
7. Offline Mode, Data Sync & Responsibility
- Offline mode is limited convenience feature
- Offline data stays on device until synced
- Sync regularly when internet is available
- Unsynced data retention not guaranteed
- Loss due to device issues is your responsibility
8. Accuracy of Information & Reports
Reports and analytics depend entirely on data entered by you or staff. We do not guarantee accuracy.
9. Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering or hacking
- Fake accounts or records
- Bypassing subscription limits
- Accessing others' data
- Illegal or harmful use
- Viruses, malware, bots, scraping
- Impersonation
10. Service Modifications and Discontinuation
- We may modify, restrict or discontinue features
- Plans, pricing, APIs or quotas may change
- Infrastructure may change anytime
We are not liable for losses caused by modifications or discontinuation.
11. Termination & Suspension of Account
- Violation of Terms
- Fraud or abuse suspicion
- Non-payment
- Multiple accounts to avoid limits
- Harassment or false information
- Security or legal risk
After termination, access ends immediately and data may become inaccessible.
12. Limitation of Liability
- No liability for indirect or consequential damages
- No liability for lost profits, data, goodwill
- No liability for interruptions, unauthorized access, viruses
- Password resets may revoke sessions automatically
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
13. Intellectual Property Rights
- Software, databases, UI, graphics, logos, content belong to Partner or licensors
- You receive limited, revocable license during active subscription
14. Third-Party Services & Dependencies
- Cloud hosting, payments, messaging, analytics, maps may be third-party services
- We do not control their availability or policies
- Your use of those services is at your own risk
- Failures or delays by third parties are not our breach
15. Public Listing of Libraries / Centers
- Public listing may show name, address, contact, photos, timings, location
- You confirm you are authorized to publish details
- We do not guarantee listing accuracy
- We are not responsible for third-party interactions
- We may remove misleading or unlawful listings
16. Communication Consent
You consent to receive notifications, invoices, updates and marketing via email, SMS, WhatsApp and in-app alerts.
17. Force Majeure
- Natural disasters, pandemics, war, outages, government actions, cyber incidents etc.
- Obligations may be delayed or suspended during such events
- No compensation required for resulting interruptions
18. Disclaimer of Warranties
Service is provided AS IS and AS AVAILABLE without warranties.
19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to competent courts in India.
20. Changes to Terms
- We may modify Terms anytime
- Changes may be effective immediately when posted
- Continued use means acceptance of revised Terms

22. App Security: Passcode and Biometrics
- Optional 4-digit Passcode and Biometric lock available
- Forgot Passcode may require OTP to registered email
- We do not store biometric data
- Password changes may log out all devices
- Repeated failed attempts may lock access
